It's All About the FUN!

FRR races are always unique, interesting, and most importantly FUN! FRR races are never serious; Beginners are Welcome! Each race has it’s own ‘sizzle.’ All of our events are a fun, family-oriented celebration of health and fitness. All FRR events help local charities while promoting health and fitness. Say goodbye to off site parking, shuttles, the Metro, long port-a-pottie lines, boring awards ceremonies, and the dreaded 4:30 a.m. race wake up call. Say hello to racing the FRR way — Drive to race, park on site, walk to start line, and have FUN with your RUN! FRR works with community partners to promote Prince William County as a running community. To solidify PWC’s reputation as a healthy, active, and wellness-oriented community; we encourage county residents and visitors to “RUN” Prince William.
